Egridir in SW Turkey
"Egridir seemed such a nice spot that, although I had paid to go on to Antalya, I decided to get off the bus and stop the night. The town seemed a bit of a holiday resort for the locals with many hotels and restaurants, and I thought would be an ideal place for a break. There was even a tourist Iinformation office, which was able to recommend a pension in a village on an island in the lake, that could be reached by a causeway." - MH
